Escalate Anything

Cancellation problem: what to do

The company makes cancellation hard, or keeps charging after you cancelled.

Have this ready

Steps for any company

  1. Cancel through the channel the company documents. Save the confirmation number, email or screenshot.

  2. If you cannot cancel online, cancel in writing and keep proof of delivery.

  3. Dispute every charge after the cancellation date with the company, then with your card issuer.

  4. Report a cancellation obstacle to the FTC and your state attorney general.

A company playbook below replaces these generic steps with the company’s own forms, phone numbers and deadlines.

Let your AI agent handle this

Escalate Anything is a free, open-source MCP server for Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, Codex and other AI apps. Your agent gets this playbook, keeps a case log with reference numbers and follow-up dates, and drafts each message for you to approve.

1. Set it up (needs uv):

uvx escalate-anything setup

2. Ask your agent:

I cancelled [company] on [date] and they still charge me. Use Escalate Anything to stop it and get refunded.
