Steps
On iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. On the web sign in at account.apple.com.
If no Cancel button appears, or an expiration message is shown in red, the subscription is already cancelled.
If there is no Apple receipt, the subscription is billed by another company (for example a carrier). Contact that company.
To get money back for a recent renewal, request a refund through Report a Problem.
