- any later charge
Steps
Sign in, open the Plans page and select Cancel All Subscriptions. Cancel no later than the day before the next billing date. Save the on-screen confirmation and the email.
If you cannot log in, cancel by chat through Get in Touch (live agents 9:00AM-1:00AM ET).
Cancel add-ons with a different billing date separately if you want them to stop.
If you do not see Cancel All Subscriptions, a third party bills you (for example Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku or Xfinity). Cancel with that third party; Peacock cannot cancel it.

Watch out
- Cancellation needs sign-in to the Peacock account.
- Peacock publishes no customer service phone number. Live chat and email go through Get in Touch and need sign-in.
- Subscriptions billed by Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, Xfinity or other partners must be cancelled with that partner.
