Cancel online at netflix.com/cancelplan; access continues to the end of the billing period. Partner-billed members cancel with the partner.
What does this mean?
Grade A (high: almost everything comes from official pages read directly). 100% of 14 sources are the organization's own pages or government sites.
Collect
- cancellation confirmation email
- date cancelled
- payment history showing any later charge
Steps
Sign in and open the Manage your membership page. Select Cancel, then Finish Cancellation. Save the confirmation email.
If no cancel option appears, open the account page and read the Membership section. It links to a cancellation guide or tells you to contact your payment partner (for example a phone or internet provider).
If you are charged after cancelling, the account may have been restarted. Cancel again, change the password, and select Sign out of all devices.
If you still cannot cancel or stop the charges, contact Netflix through the Help Center.
