Disney+ (including Hulu and ESPN bundles): cancellation problem
Cancel online from the account of the service that bills you (Disney+ or Hulu); access continues to the end of the term with no prorated refund.
What does this mean?
Grade B (good: mostly official pages; check the flagged values before relying on them). 80% of 10 sources are the organization's own pages or government sites.
Collect
- cancellation confirmation email
- date cancelled
- the bill that shows which service or partner charges you
Steps
Find who bills you. A bundle is managed at disneyplus.com/account or hulu.com/account, whichever service you signed up through.
If Hulu bills you, cancel from the Hulu account page.
If an app store or another partner bills you, cancel with that partner.
If charged after cancelling, contact Disney+ help with the confirmation, then dispute the charge with the card issuer.
