Escalate Anything

SeatGeek: refund request

If you can no longer attend, the optional Refundable Tickets add-on allows a refund, minus its service charge, when you cancel at least 48 hours before the event. Without it, resale on the SeatGeek Marketplace is the usual route.

  • Support is reached from the order inside the signed-in account (app or website); phone support is offered only within 7 days of the event for urgent issues.
