The snippet says to tap Contact Support when viewing the order in the Tickets section; in the app, Help and Support is under the Me tab, and on the website the Support tab and help center offer chat. Phone support is available only within 7 days of your event for urgent issues (no number was shown). SeatGeek says its only official support channels are its app and website. • Support is reached from the order inside the signed-in account (app or website); phone support is offered only within 7 days of the event for urgent issues.

Verification notes

Checked 2026-10-13. Every SeatGeek value in this file (all but the FTC fee-rule fact) comes from search-result snippets of seatgeek.com and support.seatgeek.com pages, because both sites blocked automated fetching (HTTP 403) and archive copies could not be loaded. Confirm the wording on the live pages before quoting it in a dispute. A snippet from the SeatGeek help center also says official SeatGeek emails always come from an address ending in @seatgeek.com. No SeatGeek phone number, complaint email or mailing address was confirmed.
