Fubo does not refund prepaid or partial months; a pay-per-view order placed by mistake can be refunded if you contact Fubo before the event starts.

Steps
For an accidental pay-per-view order, contact Fubo before the event starts and ask for a refund; PPV orders cannot be cancelled on the My Account page.
For a charge after you cancelled, check the cancellation date against the billing date, then contact Fubo Support.

Watch out
- Online cancellation needs the account holder's Fubo sign-in, or Roku sign-in for Roku-billed plans.
- The cancel flow shows a discount offer first; the subscription stays active unless you select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION and reach the confirmation page.
- Fubo's help pages describe only Fubo-website and Roku billing; for other app-store billing, ask Fubo Support where the subscription is billed.
