Noom: charged after a free trial
Cancel a trial the same way as a subscription, before it converts. Noom settled a 2022 class action over trials that converted to auto-renewing plans and agreed to clearer disclosures and an account-page cancel button.
What does this mean?
Grade C (use with care: check the source of each value before relying on it). 75% of 8 sources are the organization's own pages or government sites; only 8 sourced values, so the entry is thin; 6 value(s) were read from a search snippet or an archive copy.

It agreed to enhance auto-renewal disclosures, require a separate action such as a check box or digital signature to accept auto-renewal, and provide "a button on the customer's account page for easier cancellation."
