Noom sells auto-renewing weight-loss subscriptions (Noom Weight) and telehealth programs (Noom Med). noom.com returned HTTP 403 to every automated fetch on 2026-10-13, including the Terms and the help center, so the cancellation and refund details here come from search-result text of Noom's own help pages. Check them on the live page before relying on them. In 2022 Noom settled a New York federal class action over trials that converted to auto-renewing subscriptions (see facts).
