Vanguard Brokerage Services may charge a $100 processing fee for each account closure and full transfer of account assets to another firm (fee schedule effective July 10, 2026). The fee does not apply to clients with at least $5 million in qualifying assets, Wealth Management clients, or accounts in a Vanguard-affiliated advisory service.
