- Event cancelled, postponed or changedOrganizers must refund all orders when they cancel. Ask the organizer first; if the event was cancelled within the last 45 days (or postponed more than 90 days without a new date) and the organizer declines or does not answer within five business days, submit the Attendee Refund Request form to Eventbrite.
- Refund requestEach organizer sets its own refund policy, which must be posted on the event page; a "no refunds" policy is allowed but must still give refunds for cancelled or long-postponed events.
- Billing errorMatch the charge to an Eventbrite receipt; ask the organizer about ticket fees, and dispute an uncorrected error with the card issuer.
- Unauthorized chargeCheck the statement descriptor and your Eventbrite receipts; report a charge you did not make to the card issuer at once.
