Verification notes
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling moves the account to free Dropbox Basic (2 GB) at the end of the billing cycle. US users get refunds only where required by law (current terms); new terms effective January 1, 2027 add "limited circumstances". The terms require a written Notice of Dispute to dispute-notice@dropbox.com and have an arbitration clause for U.S. residents with a 30-day opt-out.
