For Premium, sign in at youtube.com/account and request a refund. You may qualify if videos or features tied to the purchase do not work.
For YouTube TV, use the refund request page. If granted, access ends immediately.
For an immediate Premium cancellation with a refund when billed through Google Play, contact YouTube support.
Apple-billed purchases follow Apple's refund policies; carrier- or provider-billed YouTube TV refunds go to that provider.
