The Terms say the service is provided by CBS Interactive Inc. The paramountplus.com footer reads "Paramount+ © 2026 Skydance". The HBO Max help center says Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount Skydance are coming together as Skydance, with no immediate changes to how you subscribe to HBO Max or Paramount+.
