  • Mint's own help pages do not publish how to get a Number Transfer PIN; the person must ask support.

Verification notes

Online-only prepaid wireless (Mint Mobile, LLC), owned by T-Mobile through Ka'ena Corporation. Plans are paid in advance in 3-, 6- or 12-month blocks. The Plan Terms & Conditions (last updated June 9, 2026) send the Notice of Dispute to Mint Mobile Customer Relations in Albuquerque. Mint does not publish port-out PIN steps on its own help pages; a competitor's help page says the PIN comes from Mint support by chat or phone.

Let your AI agent handle this

Escalate Anything is a free, open-source MCP server for Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, Codex and other AI apps. Your agent gets this playbook, keeps a case log with reference numbers and follow-up dates, and drafts each message for you to approve.

1. Set it up (needs uv):

uvx escalate-anything setup

2. Ask your agent:

My problem with Mint Mobile: [what happened, with dates and amounts]. Use Escalate Anything to get it resolved.
