Fee reversal: what to do
You want an overdraft, late or other fee removed.
Have this ready
- statement with the fee
- account history
Steps for any company
Ask for a courtesy reversal. Mention your account history.
If the fee breaks the account agreement, dispute it in writing.
A company playbook below replaces these generic steps with the company’s own forms, phone numbers and deadlines.
