Paid extra and did not get it: what to do
You paid for a seat, Wi-Fi, bag or other extra that the airline did not provide.
Have this ready
- receipt for the fee
- proof the service was not provided
Steps for any company
Ask for a refund of the fee to the original form of payment.
If refused, file a U.S. DOT complaint.
A company playbook below replaces these generic steps with the company’s own forms, phone numbers and deadlines.
