Watch out
- Cancellation, refunds and the support contact page need sign-in with the Microsoft account that bought the subscription.
- Subscriptions bought through Google Play, the Apple App Store or a retailer must be cancelled and refunded through that seller.
- A card chargeback cancels the service; Microsoft deems the cancellation effective as of the original payment date.
