Verification notes

Prepaid wireless brand of T-Mobile (formerly MetroPCS). Metro's Terms and Conditions (effective September 1, 2026) send disputes to the same T-Mobile Customer Relations address in Albuquerque as T-Mobile postpaid. Service is paid in advance and charges are non-refundable. The Metro "Transfer number" support page returned Access Denied in the browser on 2026-10-12, so the port-out PIN steps are not recorded here.
