Steps

Ask the merchant's customer support for the refund.
If the merchant says it refunded but the money has not arrived, ask for the ARN or trace number and give it to your bank.
If the merchant does not resolve it, dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer at once.
For a Google product (Play, YouTube, Google One, Google Store), send the refund request to that product's support team.
