Cox Communications: outage credit
Former Cox customers are getting Spectrum's Customer Service Commitments, including credits for outages over two hours, within a year of the merger.
What does this mean?
Grade C (use with care: check the source of each value before relying on it). 100% of 3 sources are the organization's own pages or government sites; only 3 sourced values, so the entry is thin.
Collect
- outage start and end times
- ticket number
Steps
Report the outage and get a ticket number.
Ask whether Spectrum's outage credit commitment (outages longer than two hours) applies to your account yet, and ask for the credit.
