Carnival Cruise Line: disability assistance problem

Watch out

  • help.carnival.com answer pages (including the nonperformance refund policy) render only with JavaScript; a plain fetch returns an empty page.
  • The Guest Care form needs the booking number, ship and sail date. Guest Care has no published phone number.
  • Sail & Sign statements need sign-in to the carnival.com account.
  • Carnival says it cannot speed up the release of bank holds; only the card issuer can.
