Price dropped after purchase: what to do
The price went down soon after you bought, and the seller has a price adjustment or price match policy.
Have this ready
- receipt or order confirmation
- the lower price (screenshot with date)
- the seller's price policy
Steps for any company
Check the seller's price adjustment window and exclusions.
Ask for the difference through the seller's price adjustment channel within the window.
A company playbook below replaces these generic steps with the company’s own forms, phone numbers and deadlines.
