Verification notes
The US complaint page names Western Union Financial Services, Inc. and Western Union International Services, LLC as the US money transmitters. Western Union agreed on 2025-08-10 to acquire International Money Express (Intermex). A Western Union SEC prospectus supplement dated 2026-04-30 still described the acquisition as pending, and completion was not confirmed on 2026-10-12, so Intermex is not listed as part of Western Union here. Western Union's own pages give two customer care numbers: +1-800-325-6000 (FAQ, terms, error-resolution disclosure) and +1-720-945-9350 (contact page, complaint page).
