What does this mean?
Grade A (high: almost everything comes from official pages read directly). 100% of 23 sources are the organization's own pages or government sites.
Collect
- trip photos at check-in and check-out
- the host's damage invoice and photos
- messages with the host
- your insurance or protection plan details
Steps
Take photos at the start and end of every trip in the Turo app.
If the host sends a damage invoice, dispute it from the invoice ("Dispute") and explain why.
If you cannot agree with the host, escalate to Turo within 20 days of the trip's end so Turo takes over the claim.
If the host files a claim with Turo, reply to the claims associate's email with your photos and evidence.
Do not pay the host outside Turo; Turo treats that as a gray market transaction.
