Steps

1. Check that the item is returnable (bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, cosmetics, clearance and other final-sale items are not).

2. Start the return from My Orders, choose the drop-off method and the refund method.

3. Keep the drop-off receipt until the refund posts.

4. If SHEIN does not refund, send the informal dispute notice and dispute the charge with your card issuer.
