Verification notes

Regional ground parcel carrier that delivers many online orders. OnTrac says LaserShip merged with OnTrac in 2021, and lasership.com now redirects (301) to ontrac.com. OnTrac lists no voice phone number for recipients; support is by text, chat and the inquiry form. Under the OnTrac Terms, only the shipper files claims, so recipients must go through the retailer.
