Verification notes
Checked on 2026-10-13 against the Guest Ticket Contract marked 02/2026 and ncl.com Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions page is the one the FMC lists as NCL's nonperformance refund policy. The Cancellation Policy table has no row for 120 or more days before departure and does not state the cruise deposit amount (it links to a separate Payment Schedule).
