Verification notes

On 2026-10-13 convergentusa.com redirected (HTTP 301) to tsico.com, the site of Transworld Systems Inc. (TSI). TSI completed its acquisition of Account Control Technology Holdings in June 2021, and trade press reported that ACT owned Convergent Outsourcing, Inc. We found no notice on TSI's site about Convergent accounts, so confirm with the collector named on your letter. CFPB complaints still appear under "Convergent Resources, Inc.".
